Fred Lewis Sr., age 79, was a resident of Crowley , Texas. He passed away on May 29th, 2020. Fred was born on July 10, 1940, in Mt. Clemens to the late Ed and Esther Nelson Lewis.
He served in the United States Navy for 20 years and worked at Honeywell for over 10 years.
Besides Fred's parents; he was preceded in death by his brothers David, Dan, George, John, Robert.
He is survived by his children: Fred Lewis Jr. ( Jeanine) of Charleston, SC Lafreda Lewis of Los Angeles CA, Edward Dan Fredwan Lewis of Fort Worth, TX. Stepchildren :Vondell Lewis of Los Angeles, CA and Markay Lewis of Los Angeles, CA, Wesley (Carl) of Canyon, TX and Dean James Sheppard of Crowley TX.
Seven Grandchildren: Jeremy Lewis, Fred Lewis III, Asante Lewis, Telvonne Lewis, Tiffany Lewis, Harlem S. Lewis and Jacieon F. Lewis, four step-grandchildren, Daijha, Janiya, Samiya and Carl Jr.
Sibling; Ed Lewis Jr. of Utica, MI, James Lewis of Roseville MI, Mattie (Joe) Reardon of Detroit,MI Lola Bankston, Arthur Lee Lewis and Carl Lewis both from Mt. Clemens, MI and Mike Lewis of Atlanta, GA. and a host of nieces and nephews.
