Sandra Sarvis Foxworth, 70, of Mullins passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at McLeod Regional Medical Center. She was born in Marion County on January 6, 1950, the daughter of the late Johnny O. Sarvis and Debbie Alford Sarvis. Sandra spent many years working as a nurse at both Mullins Hospital and Marion Nursing Center and later as a private duty nurse. She enjoyed reading, watching Lifetime movies and working in her yard when her health allowed her.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was predeceased by her brother, Eugene Sarvis and a sister, Rometa Holman.
A memorial service to celebrate Sandra's life will be held for the family only at 5:00 p.m., Friday, July 10, 2020 in the chapel of Meares Funeral Home. The family will receive friends in the foyer of the funeral home following the service on Friday from 5:30 until 6:30 p.m. We respectfully request that you wear a mask and practice social distancing while in the funeral home.
