Larry Gene Vaughn, 59, of Lubbock, went home with the Lord on Thursday, August 23, 2007, at Vista Care Center. Services will be 2:30 p.m. today at Live Oak Community Church. Burial will be at Anton Cemetery.
Larry was born in Bonham, on Jan. 22, 1948. He was a lifetime mechanic and played music with several country bands.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Vaughn; children, Larry Vaughn, Jr., Rhonda Vega, Cortney Jeskey, Vickie Smith, Tommy Burkhead, Jerry McDannels, and Andy McDannels; brothers, David Vaughn and Mike Vaughn; sisters, Joyce Boehler, Patricia Clifton; and LaNelle Owens; 16 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
