Lois J. Nash, of Monroeville, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2020. She was the beloved wife of the late Melvin E. Nash; loving mother of Melvin W. Nash and his wife Carol of Jacksonville, FL, and Karen N. Claycomb and her husband Thomas of Monroeville; grandmother of Meredith Erwin (Mark) of Toledo, OH, Morgan Zweygardt (Max) of Harwick, PA (great-grandson- Killian), Kathryn Nash Bradford (Thom) of Orlando, FL. and Melvin E. Nash II of Jacksonville, FL. Lois was preceded in death by her sister Joanne Rice. Lois grew up on Mt. Washington in Pittsburgh, and then moved with her husband and children to Monroeville in 1958. She and Melvin started their own homebuilding business in 1972. Lois designed one-of-a-kind houses and with Melvin as the contractor, they built beautiful custom homes together. They loved travelling the country in their RV, visiting their children and taking their grandchildren on vacations to make memories that would last a lifetime. They were known to never miss a swim meet, play, graduation, or birthday. Lois and Melvin loved their families and each other with everything they had and then some. Lois will be deeply missed. Visitation and interment will be private for the family. Arrangements entrusted to the GENE H. CORL FUNERAL CHAPEL INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES OF MONROEVILLE.
