Actor. A Canadian-born Broadway actor best known for portraying Cheech in the 2014 musical "Bullets Over Broadway." Born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, he finished his education throughout the Ontario area prior to joining the band "Lovemethod." In 2005, Cordero first starred in "Queer As Folk," portraying the role of Tuna Wrap. He then played the role of John in the short film, "Apartments at 254" (2007). Cordero began his musical debut as the title role in the Off-Broadway production of The Toxic Avenger (2009). Cordero was nominated for the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Featured Actor in a Musical and the Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical for his role as Cheech in Bullets Over Broadway. Cordero also originated roles in Broadway's Waitress and A Bronx Tale. Cordero had portrayed the role of Vincent Gigante on Mob Town (2019), which is his final film.
