Wendy Diane Spencer, 46, of Mount Airy, passed away on July 4, 2020, at Forsyth Medical Center.

Born May 7, 1974, she was the daughter of Ronnie and Dianne Inman Lineback.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother, Dianne Lineback; a son, Brad Spencer; her daughter and son-in-law, Christy (Daniel) Hoover; two brothers: Shawn Lineback and Wesley Inman; numerous cousins; and a special furry buddy, Peanut.

Ms. Spencer was preceded in death by her father, Ronnie Lineback; and a son, Brian Spencer.

Known for her quiet and humble demeanor, Ms. Spencer was always smiling. There wasn’t much that she enjoyed more than spending time with her family, especially during the holidays and she was content just “going with the flow.” A favorite past-time with her mother was playing BINGO at the local VFW’s in Mount Airy and King. Cousins recalled “piggy-back” as her favorite activity as a child with her Dad.

Music was another joy for Ms. Spencer, in particular songs by Alabama and Tim McGraw.

She will be deeply missed.

There will be no formal services.

Cox-Needham is respectfully serving the Spencer family.
