WATTS, Karen Kay age 68 of Fairborn, passed away Wednesday June 20, 2007 in the Hospice of Dayton. She was born January 12, 1939 in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of the late Ralph and Helen (Fritze) Snyder. Karen along with her husband were avid square dancers and she also enjoyed line dancing. Her interests also included traveling and she enjoyed spending time in Florida. She was a member of the Red Hat Society. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, W. Jack Watts in September of 2006; and her step-mother, Mildred Snyder. She is survived by two sons, Kevin Watts and wife Paula of New Carlisle, Kirk Watts and wife Kim of Delray Beach, FL; a grandson, Travis King and wife Tatiana of Port St. Lucie, FL; a granddaughter, Brittany Stangle and husband Chris of Columbus; a great grandson, Camden Stangle; brothers, Brock and Dewey; sisters, Pam, Carol, and Ona; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. The family will receive friends on Friday June 22, 2007 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. in the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday June 23, 2007 at 9:00 A.M., Pastor H. Wesley Barnhill officiating. Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to the American Diabetes Association in her memory.
