Gloria Williamson, age 87 passed away June 29 in Greensboro, NC. Born in Washington DC in 1933 she grew up in Goldsboro, NC where after graduating Goldsboro High School she met and married James Martin Williamson of Clinton. They made their home in Clinton.
She is survived by her daughter Terrisa Williamson of High Point NC; her grandchildren Amanda (Dorothy Roth) of Port Orchard, Washington, Joshua Huehner of Emerald Isle, Jennifer (Travis) Holland of Emerald Isle, Seth Miller-Williamson of Valparaiso, Indiana and Eli Miller-Williamson of High Point. She is also survived by great grandchildren Paul and Ethan Holland of Emerald Isle. She also leaves behind niece Jessica Dava of Fairfield, Virginia and son-in-law Paul Huehner of Emerald Isle.
She is preceded by her husband James Martin Williamson, her daughter Vicki Huehner (Paul), brother Jerome Sherry and nephew David Sherry. Finally, by her beloved feline companion Cricket.
