He was born Dec. 24, 1962, the son of Bruce E. and Martha V. Riggs Rogers.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his companion, Christine Learn; a son, Bruce E. Rogers III of Dayton; one granddaughter; a brother, Robert A. Rogers of Canfield; and a sister, Kimberly D. Rogers of Austintown.
Bruce was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be no calling hours. Arrangements were handled by Ohio Cremation and Memorial Society.
