ALBERTUS J. PEACOCK
The funeral of Albertus J. Peacock whose death occured Wednesday, was held Saturday afternoon at his late home in South Main street, Rev. Jamain Andrew of Ontario Center and Rev. C. B. Hart of Webster officiating, and interment was made in the Gould cemetery south of Lincoln.
Mr. Peacock was 67 years of age, having been born in Pultneyville, but when eight years of age he went with his parents to Walworth. He was married September 4, 1873, to Miss Mercy M. Gould of that town and they resided in that section until twelve years ago when they came to Fairport to live. Besides the wife, deceased leaves one son, Ora J. Peacock of Embro, Conn., one sister Mrs. E. B. Thayer of Montclair, N. J., and one brother, Charles V. Peacock of Syracuse; also three grandchildren, Stanley H. Peacock of Fairport and Miss Gladys Peacock and Ora Peacock, Jr. of Canandaigua.
