Norma Jo Edwards age 69, of Greenville passed away Thursday, July 2, 2020 at her home under the care of Spectrum Hospice. She was born September 9, 1950 in Greenville, the daughter of Alvin & Elaine (Meyer) Kerns. She loved her husband Larry of 49 years, socialize on her computer, going camping and loved birds and flowers. Norma is survived by her husband Larry; sons Brian (Sabrina) Edwards of Gowen and Chris Edwards of Greenville; grandchildren Whitney (Josh) Hopkins of Caledonia, Josh (Jamie) Edwards of Six Lakes and Zach Edwards of Six Lakes, John Paul and Kira; great grandchildren Oliver, Ryker, Hazel, and Adalynn who is on the way; sisters Susan (Keith) Foster of Baldwin, Margaret Helsel of Gowen, Carol (Jack) Collins of Kentucky and Betty (Lynn) Forbes of Baldwin; brothers Alvin (Diane) Kerns of Georgia and Richard Kerns of Greenville; sisters in law Regina Bivins of Greenville, Joyce Hanline of Stanton and Leta (Randy) Howard of Stanton; brothers in law Ron (Becky) Edwards of Lakeview and Jim (Teresa) Edwards of Stanton. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter Tina L. Edwards on December 23, 2004. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and the extended Stay-At-Home Executive Order private family services will be held. A Celebration of her Life will be held later this summer.
