Frank was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Julie Burns; his son, Abe Burns; his grandson, Christopher Fox; and his brothers, Willie Burns and Dale Burns.
Those left behind to cherish his memory is his adopted son, Jim Agee Burns, of Pocahontas, AR; his three daughters, Ferry Tanner (Mark) and Kay Burns Jackson (Mike), of West Memphis, AR, and Brenda Reed (Steve) of Murfreesboro, TN; his three grandchildren, David Lee Agee, Kathy Mosley (Grady), and Stephanie Reed; his four great grandchildren, Douglas Mosley (Morgan); Lillia Mosley, Anna Reed and Jesse Reed; his great-great grandson, Anthony Reed; his sister, Georgia Nunally, of Atlanta, GA; and his brother, Joe Burns, of Russellville, AR.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at 10:00 AM, at held at Crittenden Memorial Park Pavilion, 2206 US-64, Marion, AR.
