McKnight-Fraser announces funeral services for Mrs. Jessie Matthews of 1671 Petigu Drive of Pawleys Island, SC. Mrs. Matthews went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Tidelands Community Hospice House, Georgetown, SC.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 p. m. Tuesday at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Sandy Island with Rev. Karon Jackson officiating. Burial follows in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home Monday from 5:30 to 6:30 p. m.
Those left to cherish her memories are her children, Deborah M. Greggs, James Matthews of Pawleys Island, SC and Allen Matthews, Charlotte, NC; her sibling, Wilhelmina Johnson, Bolton, NC., Mary Alice Williams of Albany, N. Y. and Derrick Collins of Jacksonville, Fla.
