Don was preceded in death by his parents, brother J.R Gibson, Niece Patty Ann Hill and Nephew Christopher Alan Hill.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy June, son, Paul, daughter, Brandi, brother, Allen, sister, Vickey Hill, granddaughter Brittany Kincade, grandsons, Justin and Jeremy Gibson, great grandson, Brandon Gibson and great granddaughter Eliza Kincade.
