Mary Kathryn "Katie" Price Herring, 31, went to her heavenly home on Thursday, July 2, 2020.
Memorial services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the Dillon Church of God. Visitation will be 1-2 prior to the service at the church.
Born in Florence, SC, May 12, 1989, she was the daughter of Ray Hampton Price and Neilly Campbell Price. She was a member of the Dillon Church of God where she was a very active member helping out at the DCOG Coffee House, the DCOG Outreach Program, and was a member of the DCOG 30 & Something Sunday School Class. She loved the Lord, her family, her church, and loved Relay for Life. Katie loved her makeup crafts, and loved decorating.
Survivors include her husband, Monroe Herring of Hamer; daughter, Charley Herring of Hamer; 2 step-sons, Philip Herring and Patrick Herring both of Dillon; parents, Ray Hampton Price & Neilly C. Price; sisters, Anna Price of Latta, Rebecca (Jeremy) Strickland of Conway, Olivia (Andrew) Miller of Dillon, Jocelin Campbell of Dillon, and Lori (Timmy) Hyatt of Dillon; and brother Neil Price of Dillon; grandparents, Thad & Judy Campbell of Hamer, Charlie & Janet Hayes of Myrtle Beach; ; special friends, Caitlin Bourgoin and Delilah Chavis; niece, Skylar Strickland; nephews, Cole McCallum, Finn Smith, Jordan Hyatt, and Corey (Bailey) Hyatt; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Katie was preceded in death by her grandfather, Wattie H. Price.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge Carol Grotnes Belk Campus-Charleston, SC.
