AGE 81 YEARS

Marilyn R. Hayes, formerly of Needham, passed away July 1, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Donald F. Hayes. Marilyn was born in Boston, MA. In 1959 she married Donald F. Hayes and had a loving relationship until his death in 1993. They raised their three children in Needham where she resided for most of her life until she later moved to Norwood. Marilyn was dedicated to her work and was praised for all she accomplished. She was an administrator assistant at Filenes in Boston and before retiring she was an administrator assistant at Dana Farber in Boston.

She is survived by her children Maureen Czarnowski of Plainville, Donald Hayes of Millis, Matthew Hayes of Norwood, and her granddaughter Nicole. Marilyn was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

She was a dedicated Boston sports fan and had a passion for the beach and spent most of her summers at her beach house in Salisbury, MA.

Interment: St. Mary's Cemetery, Needham.
