He was born on November 19, 1983 in Dallas, Texas to his parents, Norma and Ruben Ramirez. Ruben had a great passion for his career of making sure that people were safe. Throughout his life, Ruben had the gift of being the life of the party, and making people smile with his joyful spirit and infectious laugh. He was a loving husband and father who took great pride in his family. Ruben was happiest spending time with family and friends, watching movies with his daughters, grilling, and taking photos to capture every moment.
