Bill Eugene Alexander age 74 of Mayfield, KY died at 5:20 AM Sunday August 22, 2010, at the Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, KY. Bill was a member of the Northside Baptist Church and had worked formerly as a foreman in the shipping department of the Curlee Clothing Company.He was the son of the late Noble Grant and St. L (Jackson) Alexander.He is survived by:Son - Mark Alexander of Mayfield, KYBeloved Daughter-in-Law - Karen Alexander of Wingo, KYBrother - Glenn Alexander of Mayfield, KYSister - Debbie Beck of Benton, KYGranddaughter - Heather AlexanderThe Lights of his life his great-grandchildren - Jacob Alexander, Sarah Thomas, and Caleb Thomas Arrangements are being handled by R. D. Brown Funeral Home, 1223 West Broadway, Mayfield, KY 42066. There will be no public visitation. A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Wingo Baptist Church Youth Fund, 6001 St. Rt. 339 W., Wingo, Ky 42088.
