Melvin W. Clark, 86, of Ona, passed on Friday, February 3, 2006 at St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Monday, February 6, 2006 at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by the Rev. Bob Stanley and Pastor Mark Fisher. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. He was born October 13, 1919 in Cabell County, a son of the late George W. and Mattie Wilson Clark. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Roberta McDermott Clark and one brother, Harry G. Clark. He was a heavy equipment operator and was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church. He was a World War II veteran serving in the US Army. He is survived by two nephews, Gary G.
