Rita h. Montgomery Englert-Wells, age 89, passed away Wednesday, July 1st, 2020 at Heritage Nursing Center. She was born on August 5, 1930.
Rita had worked for Anchor Industries, Shane, and T.J. Maxx before retiring. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Vanderburgh County. Rita enjoyed working in her garden and with flowers.
Surviving Rita is her two daughters, Sharon (Mike) Cain, and Jayne Clark, her son Robert (Linda) Englert and her brother Jim Montgomery, also surviving are ten Grandchildren, fourteen Great Grandchildren and two Great Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Englert and Talmadge Wells, her daughter, Janet Englert, her son, Gregory Englert and her son in law, Mitchell Clark.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 7th, at 10 AM in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Vanderburgh County. Visitation will be held at Pierre Funeral Home on Monday July 6th, from Three until Seven PM, friends may also visit on Tuesday from 9:30 AM until the service begins at 10 AM at the Church.
