Sidney Mills Miller, Jr., age 92, of Mena, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2020 at his home surrounded by loved ones.
He was born July 7, 1927 in Manistique, Michigan to the late Sidney Mills Miller, Sr. and the late Addie Mae Clark Miller. He was united in marriage to Naomi Gagnon. Mr. Miller served his country in the United States Navy during World War II. He was a self-employed carpenter contractor by profession. He also ran a community sawmill on the side for his family and friends and was a cattle farmer. After retirement, he enjoyed refinishing antique furniture. Mr. Miller was a hard worker and a loving family man who above all loved his Lord. He truly enjoyed talking about Jesus to anyone who was willing to listen. He will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Naomi Gagnon Miller, his son Philip Sidney Miller, Sr., sisters Lorraine Jenerou, Alice Brown, June Matheny and Helen Carlson and his step-brother Bill Rushford.
Mr. Miller was sent for cremation under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home. No services are planned at this time.
