Cheryl was born on November 21, 1946 in Moran, Kansas, to Clifford and Mildred Stewart Boltz.
On February 16, 2002, she married Douglas Garrett in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Doug died on October 16, 2014.
Services will be at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at the Jones Funeral Home, Burlington. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Stringtown Cemetery northeast of Burlington.
