Cecil Young Passes Away
Word was received by friends in town today (Thursday) of the death of Sudbury of Mr Cecil Young, eldest son of Mr and Mrs F. Young, who left Almonte to make their home in Sudbury last fall. Cecil was born in Almonte and was for a time employed in the office of the Anchor Knitting Co. Later entering the employ of the Dominion Express Co., he made rapid progress and occupied a position of trust with the Company at Sudbury when his health failed him some months ago, and since then the decline had been steady. The funeral will take place here on Sunday next under I.O.O.F. auspices. The many friends of the family extend their sympathy. [Name on STONE: Herbert Cecil YOUNG]
