He is survived by his parents; daughter, Shayla Lynn Adams, and her mother Samantha Corzatt; sisters, Mariah Horn and Skylar Horn; brother, Jacob Adams; niece, Kenzley Grace Keeton; grandparents, Ruth Adams, Everett Horn and Vonia Horn.
