Robert George Mahan began life’s journey on January 12, 1946 in Exeter, California. He was a son of Don Mahan and Helen (Spain) Mahan. Robert passed away at his home in Perry, Arkansas on June 28, 2020 at the age of 74.

Robert’s passion was truck driving. He was a truck driver for over 50 years. In the trucking community Robert was known by his CB Handle “Bobaloo.” Robert’s favorite TV series was NCIS. Robert enjoyed taking pride in his yard and always enjoyed mowing.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents; and brother: Dale Mahan.

He is survived by his wife Barbara Pruitt Mahan of Perry, Arkansas; sons: Steven Mahan of Perry County, Arkansas, Marc Mahan of Fort Worth, Texas, David Alan Sutton and wife Cari of Florida; daughters: Sherrie England and husband Troy of California, Becky Price and husband Warren of California; grandchildren: Casey, T.J., Savanna, Allison, Zane, Aspen, Dakota, Taylor; and eight great-grandchildren.

Graveside Service will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 3, 2020 at Cherry Hill Cemetery in Cherry Hill, Arkansas with Dennis LaCook officiating.
