Mr Collins died Tuesday, September 27 at his home in Carthage.
He is survived by his wife, Gertie Collins; four daughters, Mamie Ruth Endsley of Carthage, Dorothy Ann Carlisle of Canyon, Judy Lightfoot of Conroe, Jeanie Domanski of Hooks; 2 sons, Jerry Collins of Bloomburg, David Collins of Atlanta; 4 sisters, Eunice Land of Hooks, Agnes Combs of Jerrell, Mary Williams of New Caney, Clarice Self of Tomball; one brother, Donald Ray Collins of Houston
