Albert E. Lewis, age 98 years, formerly of New Bloomfield Rd. New Bloomfield, died August 25, 2007, in Claremont Nursing Home, Carlisle.
Born August 29, 1909, he was the son of the late, Lucia and Jennie (Acri) Lewis.
He was a retired employee of the former Pennsylvania Railroad and was a member of the Snyder's United Methodist Church. He was a kind and gentle man who loved the outdoors.
He was the widower of Ruth M. (Stahl) Lewis. Surviving are three brothers and many nieces and nephews.
Services were held at the Boyer Funeral Home, New Bloomfield with burial at the Snyder Church Cemetery.
