Michael Daniel McCullough, aged 66, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Jewell Davis McCullough; and nephew, Jason Perala.

Michael's greatest joy in life was spending time with his best 2 friends, his pugs, Otis & Frankie. Whatever hard day he may have had, his best buddies always met him at the door and his face would immediately split into a great smile as he dropped everything to play with them. Michael was a veteran of the US Marine Corps, proud of his military service and for earning the Rifle Marksman Badge and Good Conduct Medal. He was born in St. Louis on November 25, 1953 where he attended Catholic School, played soccer for St. Sabina and had a passion for baseball. He loved going to see the St. Louis Cardinals play. He was the owner and operator of his own business in Roanoke with his partner, Jack. Mike was a wonderful brother and friend. He passed away at the VA medical center after battling cancer.

He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie; daughter Kimberly; two grandsons, Brandon and Matthew; father, Gene McCullough; brother, Mark McCullough (Marsha); sisters, Karin Perala and Terri Marsh (Doug); and niece Crystal Spence (Ryan). He will be missed by all those who loved him.

A graveside inurnment will be held at Resurrection Catholic Church in Moneta, Virginia; the time and date will be announced at a later time.
