Rosa was born on July 30, 1933, in Burton, Texas, to the late Willie Henry and Estella (Stegmann) Zibilski. She graduated from Burton High School in 1952. She moved to Houston and worked as a bookkeeper for Houston National Bank for many years.
She married Edwin Coy Williams in 1957 and they had two children. After retirement, they moved to Rockdale, Texas, in 1986. She enjoyed reading, crafts, antiquing, baseball, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Edwin Coy Williams.
She is survived by her children, Glenn Williams, of Houston, and Lynn Goodman, of Rockdale; granddaughters: Nicole Morgan, Kathryn Hemingway, and Lisa Fisher; grandsons: Dillon Goodman, Colton Ellis, and Bradon Ellis; great-grandchildren: Hudson and Harper Morgan, Everly and Kastin Hemingway, and Avery Goodman; brother, Edward Lee Zibilski and his wife, Ruby, of Austin; niece, Tana Southard; and nephew, Travis Zibilski.
