Born October 7, 1976 in Moultrie, she was the daughter of Peggy Ann Curles Garrett of Moultrie and the late Charles Ray Garrett.
Mrs. Cooley was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She loved her family and enjoyed painting and flowers.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Freddie Eugene Cooley of Moultrie; children, Matthew Lee Garrett, Wayne Cooley, Tommy “Boo” Cooley and Carol “Sissy” Cooley all of Moultrie; grandchildren, Keeton Kelley and Cheyenne Bynum; brothers, Bennie Ray Garrett and wife Mary Jane of Moultrie, Tim Harbin and wife Pam of Ellenton; sisters, Missy Garza and wife Becky, Michelle Truluck all of Moultrie.
