Cecil is survived by his wife of 56 years, Colleen Woodrome; sons Kelly and wife Donna Woodrome; Jerry and wife Suzanne Woodrome; daughter Nelda and husband Waymon Vanderford; grandsons Heath, Jeremy, Dustin and Russell Woodrome and Willie Josey, Jr.; granddaughters Andrea and husband Danny Gregory; Ashli Woodrome; Susan Woodrome Tyler; great granddaughters Kursti and Heather Woodrome; sisters Rosa Page and Stella Gross; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Funeral services 2:00 P.M. Monday December 6, 1999 with Rev. Jack Countryman and Rev. Geneva Burwell officiating. Interment Rosewood Memorial Park. Visitation Sunday 1:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
