Sandra Moreland (Keyser) was born August 2, 1946, in Huntington, West Virginia, to Gene and Helen (Rohrbach) Keyser. She spent her childhood and a good portion of her adult life in Miami, Florida. She graduated from North Miami High School in 1964 and received her Associate's Degree from Miami Dade Junior College in 1966, the year she and Dwayne (Rusty) Moreland were married. Together they raised two sons, Heath (deceased) and Shawn Andrew. The major part of her career was spent working with Rusty in their business, City Compressor Rebuilders. The glue that held their relationship together was their strong faith and trust in God: He guided their decisions and their daily life. Sandra and Rusty also shared many interests, including boating and fishing. She was an excellent cook and seamstress. Sandra and Rusty recently moved to Hull, Georgia, from Charlotte, NC, to be near their son, Shawn and daughter-in-law, Dana.

Sandra was married to Dwayne (Rusty) for almost 54 years and is survived by son, Shawn Andrew Moreland, his wife, Dana; grandchildren, Robyn, Mackenzie, Heather, Savannah, Casey, Kelvin, Colin, Alayna; great-granddaughter Ariel; sister, Terry Downs (Fernando), and a host of nieces and nephews.
