Robin Richard Garrison entered his eternal home on June 28, 2020 after a 2 1/2 year courageous battle with Glioblastoma Brain Cancer. Born April 16, 1963 in Charlotte, NC to Gower R. and Luavenia B. Garrison, Robin attended East Mecklenburg High School and was employed by Pyramid Construction Company prior to his illness.

He enjoyed visiting Brushy Creek Baptist Church in Taylors SC with his sister and family, where he rededicated his life and was baptized on Easter Sunday, April 25, 2018.
Robin loved his family and his pets. He was a craftsman brick and stone mason. His work can be found in Housing Developments, Hospitals, Jails, Colleges and private homes across NC, SC and GA.

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his Grandparents Robert and Eunice Garrison, Grandmother Carrie Baldwin, Aunts Claudia Wilson, Diane Murr and Uncles Jessie Baldwin, Sankie Ray Baldwin.

He is survived by his mother, Luavenia B. Garrison; Brother Ivan A. Garrison and sister Sheree (Chris) G. Bagley; Nephews C. Logan Bagley, Tanner G. Garrison and J. Chance Garrison; Nieces Amanda L. Garrison and C. Samantha Bagley; Great Nephew Hayden Garrison, Great Nieces Briar Garrison and Emberlie Garrison, and Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and friends who loved him dearly.

The family wishes to thank Hospice Care Monica Polston, Lola Ortega, and Rev. Pat DeJuneas for their loving care of Robin and our family.

A graveside service will be held on 2:00 PM Friday, July 3, 2020 at Forest Lawn Cemetery East.
