Agnes Marie (Lantzy) Grundy, 92, of Indiana died Sunday, July 18, 2004, at UPMC Passavant Hospital in Pittsburgh. A daughter of Henry and Henrietta Lantzy, she was born on Jan. 20, 1912, in Spangler. Mrs. Grundy was a member of St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church in Indiana. She worked as a registered nurse in the pediatric department at Indiana Hospital.
Surviving are two daughters, Marianne Macaranas and husband Renato of Naples, Fla. and Judith Moellenbrock and husband James of Cranberry Township; two sons, John William Grundy and wife Barbara of St. Joseph, Mich., and William David Grundy of Pompano Beach, Fla.; seven grandchildren: Michelle, Amy, Jennifer, Jill, Geoffrey, Rebecca and Tami; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John G. Grundy in 1995; and five siblings.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Bence-Mihalcik Funeral Home, Indiana. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
