Medical Center, while visiting a friend
in the Philadelphia area.
Born May 1, 1907, in Frederick
County, she was a daughter of the late
Charles E. and Mary Brown Biddinger.
Her husband, Lawrence J. Alexander,
predeceased her in 1950.
She was a registered nurse employed
in Sinai Hospital, Baltimore, from 1954-
1960, and was later self-employed with
the Alexander Nursing Home, in Union
Bridge.
Surviving are two daughters, Lillian
H. Alexander of Glen Burnie, Emily M.
Boarts of Bendersville, Pa.; two sisters,
L. Virginia Hildebrand of Woodsboro;
Violet M. Coshun of near Union Bridge;
and seven grandchildren.
