ROY N. MASTERS, 81 of Weirton, WV passed away Saturday June 27, 2020 in Acuity Specialty Hospital, Weirton, WV. He was born August 18, 1938 in Pleasants County, WV, the son of the late Joseph Mark Masters and Dorothy Evelyn Boley Masters. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret Kennedy Masters (2010); daughter, Judy Masters; son, Thomas Masters; sister, Rosalie Clark; brothers, Blaine Masters, Laird "Dale" Masters, Joseph Masters.
Roy was a faithful member of the Weirton Heights Church of Christ, where he served for several years as an elder. He retired after 50 years from Weirton Floor Covering as a floor installer.
Surviving are his wife, Doris Cain Richmond Masters; daughter, Linda Tassey (Daniel) of Weirton, WV; son, Paul Masters (Melissa) of Weirton, WV; grandchildren, Donte', Michael (Josey), J.T. (Janessa), Nathan, Judy; sister, Shirley Feist of Florida; step daughter, Kathy Barth (Bill) of Weirton, WV; stepson, Gary Richmond (Jennifer) of South Carolina.
Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday June 29, 2020 at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. with Evangelist Rico Brown presiding. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
