Grace Imogene Thompson, 85 of Avon, passed away June 26, 2020. She was born on March 03, 1935 in Cartersburg, Indiana, to the late Kenneth and Leona (Bayne) Tomlinson. Imogene married Donald Thompson and he preceded her in death in 2000. She was a key punch operator for Fruit and Produce (Inland Container) for 25 plus years before retiring. After retirement she was the building manager for Crestwood Village for several years. She was a member of Speedway Baptist Church for over 50 years. Imogene will be dearly missed by her friends and family. Survivors include her children, Brian (Debbie) Thompson, Connie (John) Case; brother, Harry Tomlinson; grandchildren, Megan French, Natalie Baker, David Case, Jacob Case; and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Gary Thompson.
