Stacey Lee Rodgers, age 35, of Winchester, Virginia, died Friday, July 25, 2014, at her home. Stacey was born in 1979 in Falls Church, Virginia, the daughter of Bruce and Bonnie Rodgers.

She was a graduate of Handley High School class of 1997. Stacey had a love of the great outdoors; she enjoyed walking outside and could often be seen walking and enjoying the sights and people of Winchester. She was a loving fiancé and mother and loved her whole family unconditionally. Stacey attended Burnt Factory United Methodist Church with her family. She enjoyed gardening, reading and watching movies. Stacey will be forever remembered for the love of her daughter and her free spirit.



Surviving with her father and mother is a fiancé Kris Buchele, daughter, Annellee Kaya Buchele of Winchester, Virginia; sisters Paige Rodgers of Winchester, VA, Kalyn Corron and husband, Jason of Inwood, West Virginia and Camryn Rodgers of Winchester, Virginia; and brothers Mitchell Rodgers and wife, Kristi of Stephenson, Virginia and Troy Rodgers of Winchester, Virginia, three nephews and four nieces as well as many extended family and close friends.



The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Wednesday evening at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.



A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Thursday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel, with Pastor Steve Melester officiating. Interment will be in private in Malick Cemetery in Augusta, West Virginia.
