A graveside service for Janet Lynn Blake will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Minden, LA. A visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 29, 2020 at Rose-Neath Bossier. Masks are required to attend the visitation. Janet was born on September 2, 1964 in Bossier City, LA and entered into eternal peace on June 27, 2020 surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Otto Wayne Blake and Sandra Blake Berry; step father, Earnest Berry; good friend and sister-in-law, Rhonda Blake; and three uncles. Janet is survived by her daughter, Jessica Blaylock; son, Blake Chapman; brother, Mark Blake; sisters, Tammy McKee and husband, Phillip, Donna Mabe and husband, Barry, and Bendetta Morgan and husband, Bud; nieces, Crystal Porche and husband, Brent, Caroline McKee; nephew, Matthew McKee; great-nephews, Braiden and Owen Porche; good friend Alice Bracato; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Honoring Janet as pallbearers will be, Randy Smith, Brent Porche, Phillip McKee, Matthew McKee, John Murphy, and Steve Murphy.
