Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Lois and Hazel Bess Butler and brother, Carl Edward Butler.
He is survived by his children, Susie (Cid) Hoss and Charity Allen; siblings, Margie Morton, Wilma Butler, Joyce (Bill) Allen, Clayton (Sandra) Butler; grandchildren, Haley (Jack) Beesley and Cassidy Butler, great grandchildren; Brody Brackett, Emorie Beesley, Weston Racine, and Barrett Beesley; former spouse, Polly Verhine; and partner & caregiver, Barbara Watson.
