Dana Lee (Dan) Adams passed away peacefully on Monday, June 22, 2020.

Dan was born in Vernon, Texas to Dale and Jolene Adams on December 20, 1944.

A graduate of Haltom High School, Dan worked and lived in Ft. Worth, Texas before moving to Boyd, Texas to start the Adams Bros. Ranch with his brother Kelly, raising and selling horses. For 40 years Dan worked in the swimming pool business running one of the most successful pool companies in DFW. Additionally, Dan was a long standing member of the board of directors for the Fort Worth Stock Show. He had a passion for raising race horses, loved watching professional sports and spending time at the lake. Everyone who knew Dan can attest to his big heart and deep generosity and he will be greatly missed.

Dan raised three beautiful daughters, Dalene Adams Gantt, Regan Adams Snyder and Courtney Roe Colclough. He leaves behind his loving wife of 25 years, Leigh Ann Adams.

Dan was preceded in death by his parents Harvey Dale and Jolene Adams.

He is survived by his wife Leigh Ann Adams; daughter Dalene Gantt and her husband Matt; daughter Regan Snyder and her husband Tommy; step-daughter Courtney Colclough and her husband Darren; his brother Kelly Adams and his wife Anne; grandchildren Hunter, Hayden, Makenna and Noah; three nieces and nephews and countless cousins and friends.
