"CENTRAL BRIDGE --- Pasquale J. Malaspina, 62, died Thursday at Cobleskill Community Hospital after a long illness. He lived in Sloansville for 12 years. He was a self-employed gas station owner and was employed by Talirico Construction Co. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Evelyn Edwards Malaspina; a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Piening of Randall; two sons, Patrick Malaspina, and Frank Malaspina, both of Sloansville; his father, Peter Malaspina; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Boccia, Mrs. Agnes Mirabella, and Mrs. Josephinje Russo, all of Huntington, L.I.; one brother, Frank Malaspina, Los Angeles, Calif.; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 9:15 a.m. Monday at the Langan Funeral Home, Central Bridge, and at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, Schoharie. Calling hours will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow. Burial will be in Sloansville Cemetery."
