Keith Sheldon McCoy, age 54, died October 23, 2018 at his home in Denver, CO. Memorial Service will be at 10:30 am, Thursday, November 1, 2018, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Keith was born in Wichita, KS on September 29, 1964 to Rosiland (Ritchey) McCoy and John Roger McCoy. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosiland (Ritchey) McCoy; grandparents, Harvey H. and Mary Faye McCoy; John W. and Lois Ritchey; nephew, Trevor McCoy. He is survived by his children, Erin and Ian McCoy; former wife, Rebecca (Cromwell) McCoy; father, John Roger McCoy; step-mother, Kathy Gann-McCoy; brothers, Kevin (Chris) McCoy, Kenneth (Sheri) McCoy; numerous nephews and nieces; former mother-in-law, Theresa Cromwell; and numerous friends. Keith graduated from Wichita State University in 1986 with a degree in Business Administration. While at Wichita State he was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Fraternity. After graduation he worked for McCoy Petroleum Corporation, eventually becoming Vice President, Financial and Real Estate Manager. In 2007 he moved to Denver with his family to pursue and manage real estate and oil and gas interest.
