Nicholas, 25, of Gahanna, died at Mount Carmel East Hospital. Death is due to natural causes.
He was born to Daniel and Patricia Sanders, who survive in Gahanna.
Also surviving are a brother, Eric (Kari), Columbus; grandparents Carl and Martina Uhlenhake, St. Henry; and godparents, Jim and Mary Gross, St. Henry.
Deceased are grandparents Clayton and Dolores Sanders.
He was an accountant for Crowe Chizek & Co. LLC, of Columbus. He was a 2000 graduate of Gahanna Lincoln High School and a 2004 graduate of Dartmouth College, and received a masters degree in accounting from The Ohio State University. He recently passed all four parts of the Certified Public Accountant exam. He was a member of St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic Church, Gahanna.
A funeral Mass was at the church, the Rev. Paul Noble officiated.
