Wisniewski, Daniel J., age 87 of Hamburg, New York, died June 16, 2020. Beloved husband of Dolores (nee Frydrych) Wisniewski for 67 years; devoted father of Paul (Susan), Michael and Mary L. Wisniewski; loving grandfather of Allyson, Amy, Christina, Jillian and Christopher; also survived by two great-grandchildren, Milo and Ridley; predeceased by his parents, Ignatius and Michalina (nee Rutkowski) Wisniewski. three brothers, Florian, Matthew and Felix Wisniewski and three sister, Mary Larivere, Alice Koch and Annette Numeracki. Daniel served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and retired as a purchasing manager for Reimann and Georger in Buffalo. He served as Past Commander of Downtown Legion Post 64 from 1961-1962. Dan was a diehard Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan and enjoyed golfing, bowling and skiing in his younger years. Family and friends may call at the DONALD M. DEMMERLEY FUNERAL HOME, 21 Pierce Avenue, Hamburg on Wednesday, June 24 from 10 AM to 11:30 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at SS. Peter & Paul RC Church, 66 East Main Street, Hamburg at Noon. Please assemble at the church.
