Maude (Pat) Boor was the daughter of William Franklin and Lutitia Elizabeth Dukes Boor. She graduated from Woodburn High School in 1927 and from the American Institute of Business in Des Moines in 1928. Ray Niblo (Nibbs) and Pat were married July 2, 1932. Nibbs died on August 2, 1965. Pat retired from the Federal Highway Administration in 1971. She moved to Springfield, Missouri and made her home there for almost eighteen years before moving to Des Moines in July 1989.
