He was a 1973 graduate of New Richmond High School, Clermont Co., OH.
Survivors include his wife: Lois Kimberley (Wells) Watkins; two daughters: Nancy (Todd) Prevatt and Bridget (Doug) Wood; five brothers: Jim Watkins, Harlan Watkins, Rick Watkins, Dave Watkins and Mike Watkins; one sister: Carla Nelson; 11 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild
He was preceded in death by his son, Jeremy Watkins
Interment will be at Fort Denaud Cemetery.
