Mrs. R. H. Skinner of Petty, 81 years old, died of a heart attack Saturday morning about 9:15 o'clock at her home.
The funeral at the Baptist church at Petty will be held Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock with interment at Hickory Grove cemetery. Emberson-Brown-Roden funeral home is in charge of arrangements and pallbearers will be Walter Stewart, Quinn O'Connor, Claud Clark, T. L. Hollingsworth, Bennie Bone and John Knight. The service will be conducted by the Rev. C. R. Streetman, Baptist pastor, assisted by the Rev. E. W. Marshall of Dallas, district Baptist missionary, and the Rev. J. S. Hughes, Methodist pastor at Petty.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Carrie Stewart of Midland and a son, Charles W. Skinner of Petty, 26 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Skinner who was Annie Kay, daughter of C. W. Kay, was born in Mississippi, but had lived in Petty many years. Her husband died several years ago
