Wade G. Cook, 74, of 1426 Clara Ave., died at 1:55 p.m. Monday at his home. He was a native of Butler County, Ky., and was a retired farmer. He was a member of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Quality, Ky. Survivors include his wife, the former Mabel Gardner; four daughters, Mrs. Glenda Martin, of Clinton, Miss., Mrs. Anthaleen Goodman, Mrs. Gladys M. Winburn, and Mrs. Stacia Decker; five sons, V. D. Cook, of Fisherville, Ky., and L. Neal, Monroe, Henry, and Billy W. Cook; 22 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at McDaniel Funeral Home, 4339 Park Blvd., with burial at Evergreen Cemetery. The body will be at the funeral home after noon Tuesday •
