Obituary of Janet Louise Copeland
Of Jackson, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Monday, June 15, 2020 at the age of 78. She is survived by her Life Partner, Junior Wireman; five children, Brenda Zuke, Jeanette Zuke, Queena Horning, Tim (Michelle) Zuke and Mike Allen; step-children, Anthony Wireman, Brian Wireman and Rosemary (Bob) McKeever; sixteen grandchildren, Danielle, Janelle, James, April, Timmy, Marie, Zachary, Corey, Sophie, Grace, Gabe, Sabrina, Annika, Courtney, Ashtyn and Robert; eight great grandchildren; siblings, Clifford (Erin) Taylor, Clarence "Bub" (Joyce) Taylor, Rollin (Randy) Taylor, Diane Daniels, Cheryl (Don) Lauraine and Judy Fields as well as many nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virginia (Clarence) Taylor and Edward (Dorothy) Ball; son, Richard Zuke and grandson, Jeremy Horning. Janet was born in Jackson, Michigan on October, 18, 1941 and attended the first graduating class of Northwest, 1959. Janet enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Playing cards, listening to friends picking guitars and singing. She was an avid NASCAR fan and loved watching Tiger's baseball with her K-9 companions, Rastuss and Maggie. Janet will be remembered for her generous caring heart of gold, her love for family and her bubbly laughter. There will be a graveside service for Janet at Hillcrest Memorial Park on Friday, June 19, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. where she will be laid to rest. The family will receive friends for visitation at Patience-Montgomery Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
